Then it's almost certainly one of the things no tool can see from the file itself: the photo being older than the exam allows, a missing name-and-date strip across the photo, a coloured or patterned background where a plain one is required, or the signature being in the wrong ink colour. Re-read the instruction page for those four — they're the usual culprits once the numbers are right.
My file's DPI shows as "not recorded". Is that a problem?
Usually not. Plenty of portals mention a DPI but only ever check pixels and file size, and most phone cameras and editors don't write a DPI value at all. If yours genuinely enforces it, the resizer can stamp the right value into the file for you.
Do you keep the file I'm checking?
No. It's read by your own browser and never sent anywhere. This tool is free and doesn't even record that you used it.
